Order Processing

Most orders are processed same day or at least within 1 – 2 business days. Processing time does not include weekend and holidays. Orders placed after noon Central Time on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns on most products that you order as long as the product is unopened with seal intact, does not require refrigeration and made within 30 days of the date on your sales receipt. You must call us at 281-698-0228 for authorization to return an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. All returns should be shipped to:

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders!

Standard orders with free shipping are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on total weight. All orders are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation which provides tracking information. We currently only ship within the United States. Once the item is shipped, the USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking number will be provided via e-mail. Tracking is provided for orders with total over $10. You can find tracking information on USPS’s tracking page. Delivery time for the standard free shipping is usually 1-3 business days depending on destination.

We do offer USPS Express Mail which is guaranteed overnight to most locations. If you do need the faster shipping option, please give us a call at 281-558-8989 to get an estimate on the shipping cost for the items you wish to order.
