Order Processing

Most orders are processed same day or at least within 1 – 2 business days. Processing time does not include weekend and holidays. Orders placed after noon Central Time on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns on all other products that you order as long as the product is unopened and does not require refrigeration. Returns must be made within 30 days of the sales receipt. You must call us at 281-558-8989 for authorization to return an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. All returns should be shipped to:

Shipping Policy

Currently all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and only ships within the United States. Once the item is shipped, a USPS tracking number will be provided via e-mail. You can find tracking information on USPS’s tracking page.
